Your Tuesday morning plan is up to you! We have attempted to set the stage for some great fun, fellowship, and training opportunities. Instead of organized recreation, you may choose to attend special conferences, visit the exhibit hall, sleep late, go shopping, or eat a late breakfast. If you want something a little more organized, look below:

Golf Tournament

On Tuesday morning, we will offer you an opportunity to play in a golf tournament in a 4-man scramble format with some of the “world’s greatest golfers” at one of the Metroplex’s best golf courses. There will be space available for husbands and wives to compete together. If you want to play golf, fill out the golf registration form and send your fee to the address provided on the form.

  • Place The Links at Waterchase Golf Course, Ft. Worth, TX

  • Time Shotgun Start at 8:00am
  • Cost $55 per person (includes green fee, cart fee, all tournament administration, snacks and prizes). Send fees to the address provided on the golf registration form at the close of this document
  • Format 4-Man Scramble. You are welcome and encouraged to invite a “friend of youth ministry” to play with you. (This may be a youth worker, parent, prospect, staff member, supporter, or anyone else that is breathing!!) Prizes will be awarded for low gross teams and low handicap teams!
  • Limit 100 people. Sign up now!

Cowboy Stadium Tours

Tour the Cowboys Stadium

$27.50 (this is a preregistration price)

A Dallas Cowboy Stadium representative will be at the Conclave Recreation table on Tuesday Morning registering for Stadium tours. Tours must be paid in full at the time you register for the tour.

Rangers Ball Park in Arlington Tours

Tours will not be available if game is scheduled for the day, please check at the Conclave Recreation table when you arrive at Conclave for tour availability.

Dave and Busters

Come by the Conclave Recreation table and pick up a Dave and Busters flyer. The flyer will have a special Conclave code on it that you can use toward a $10 Game Play Card.
