Financial Assistance

We made some changes this year to the scholarship process and are not able continue first time camper discounts. We can only help off set cost of camp for those families in financial need. If you have students in need of financial assistance, please fill out a Financial Assistance Form here and return before end of business day May 31st for consideration.

Adult training information

All camp attendees 18 years of age or older, regardless whether he or she is coming as an adult, student, or college volunteer must take the Child Protection Course before the day of camp as required by Texas state law.

We will hold a session on the first day to show the Child Protection Course video and administer the test, HOWEVER, it is highly recommended that you take the course beforehand and send in your test sheet, or bring the test sheet with you on the first day.

The Child Protection Course, video, instructions, and test can be found here.

We suggest setting aside a time after church for all adults and students, ages 18+, attending camp to take this course.
